Big Tek has been our go to, for websites and email management for over five years. They have managed multiple websites and email accounts proving to be an excellent tech partner, demonstrating reliability, speed of service and above all else great customer service. As of 2021, Big Tek also took over our Internet management, providing us with a secure and efficient service, that provides real time information on the individual businesses which are hugely reliant on the cloud.

We have been a customer of Big Tek for several years now for our IT support. Over the years, Big Tek has played an integral part to our business to ensure we have the right support when required. Big Tek have been extremely reliable and at hand when we have needed them, nothing has been too much trouble for them. For us as a company we have to ensure we have continuity in our services, or we wouldn’t be able to continue to workday to day without the services Big Tek offer, an example of this is user set up and email support, without this service we as a company, we wouldn’t function as we should. Big Tek has been an integral part of the company expansion. Ross and his team have helped support all our expansion plans, sometimes at the last minute. His team have come to site, to ensure that there hasn’t been any problems with any of our IT kit and internet connections. This has been crucial for us as Epic Bars & Clubs, as we rely heavily on the internet for our card transactions. We are also spread across the UK and the team at Big Tek have been able to maintain and support this.
